CASUAL VACANCIES: More than Two members can be Coopted .... Subject to 1/3 of MC's Total "Elected" Strength .... This Means in MC of 15 MC's .... upto 5 MC's can be Coopted, immediately even AFTER one month of MC Tenure. This"Notification" does away with earlier restriction of only 2 MC Cooptions that too after tenure of 2.5 years of MC.
