BYE LAWS - MAHARASHTRA COOPERATIVE SOCIETIES:

Bye-Laws can be "duly" amended "AS MANY" times as required PROVIDED they are not against & does not contravene the MCS Act & Rules.

PIGEON FEEDING - LEGAL, FINANCIAL & HEALTH MODALITIES:

It is an prosecutable offence to feed pigeons inside Society's Common Open spaces (Compound area, Terrace, Window.... )

SERVICE CHARGES IN MAHARASHTRA HOUSING SOCIETY:

Service & Maintenance Charges, shall be charged EQUALLY on per Flat basis and not on per square feet basis.

HOUSING SOCIETIES ARE LIABLE TO PAY PROFESSION TAX:

ALL types of Housing Societies /Associations are legally bound to pay Profession Tax. Nothing is Exempted.
